HOW PAYMENT WORKS

1st payment: your deductible – We offer roof financing options

Your only out-of-pocket expense is your deductible. TexasHB2102 Section 27.2 Texas requires a person insured under a property insurance policy to pay any deductible applicable to a claim made under the policy. Insurance companies will request reasonable proof of the deductible payment before releasing the final claim check to the policyholder. The new law makes it a Class B misdemeanor (punishable by a jail sentence of up to 180 days plus a $2000 fine) for contractors to pay, waive, absorb, rebate, credit, or otherwise decline to charge or collect the property owner deductible.
